Good evening.

It's a great pleasure that I was given an opportunity to speak in behalf of Oas Police Station in this special occasion of chartering, elevation and confirmation of volunteers who risk their own lives just to save one`s life or property without expecting any gratuities in return.

Civic groups, specifically the Kabalikat Bicol - Oas (KB503) chapter and the Philippine National Police were partners in maintaining peace and order or in one way or another, marginalize crimes in our area of responsibility. The PNP will always be at your back, having "integrity" -- a reason of being here in the service of protecting other life or even in the absence of the PNO Oas force. Keep in mind that "integrity" is doing your job well even knowing that there is no one looking after you.
