RDCC CITED KABALIKAT BICOLThe Regional Disaster Coordinating Council (RDCC) of Bicol awarded the Kabalikat Bicol headed by its Regional Governor Jennis I. Nidea (30-01) a Special Citation in recognition for "their hard work and dedication demonstrated during the rescue, retrieval and response operations conducted in the aftermath of Typhoon Reming which devastated the region and its communities".

The Plaque, signed by PSSupt Balligi Agnanayon B. Tira, Acting Chairman of RDCC 5 was received Albay Provincial Executive Council (PEC) Chairman Tonyboy Imperial (500-05) who represented Gov. Nidea, during the culminating program of the month-long observance of the National Disaster Consciousness Month on July 31, 2007 held at the conference room of the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in Legaspi City.
