ONE DAY REGISTRASTION OF NTC

Regional Director Ariel Padilla of the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) in Bicol bares the highlights of the agency's services during the 1-Day Mobile Registration & Licensing Activities on June 24, 2010, from 9 in the morning till 4 in the afternoon:

1. NTC will accept and process all application for license of new/renewal/radio communication network and operator certificates, registration and licensing of all types of 2-way radio equipment including mobile phones (cell phones) dealer/retailers/service centers nd shall be releasing corresponding permits and licenses on that same day.

2.  An orientation/seminar on radio laws, rules and regulations, licensing procedures and proper handling/maintainance of radio equipment (RLM Seminar) will be held on the same day.

3.  NTC will receive applications for blocking/unblocking of SIM card and cell phones and complaints on text scam and text spam.
