KB BICOL TO HOLD REG’L ASSEMBLY

REGIONAL Governor Jennis I. Nidea (30-01) today announces that KB Bicol will be having a Regional Assembly on August 21, 2010 (Saturday) at the St. Peter Baptist Hall, Holy Rosary Major Seminary, Concepcion Grande, Naga City.

Nidea said that the one whole day regional affair (8:00am - 5:00pm) will be hosted by the Naga City (KB30) Chapter headed by Sirs Nonoy Rentoy (30-199) and Irvin Ayo (30-54), president & BOD chairman, respectively.

Relative to this, KB30 president Rentoy appointed Sir Jun Kalaw (30-59) as the convention director and who is tasks to work the preparation of the said assembly nd "sees to it that the 1-day event should be widely participated by more than 70 chapters affiliated with KB Bicol", 30-199 pointed out.

On his part, Kalaw bares the following: A P150 registration fee shall be collected from each delegate which will cover 2 snacks and 1 lunch; delegates are encouraged to be at the venue from 7-9am.

At 9am, a thanksgiving mass will be held; at 10am, Briefing on the 95 or Opertions during the Penafrancia (300 years) celebration by KB30; at 11am, an emergency scenario will be staged; 12nn-1pm, lunch break.

at 1pm, start of the Business Meeting Proper with 30-01 presiding with the following agenda: Governor's Report, Adoption of New Corporate Name and Other Matters.

The holding of the regional assembly was the result of the Regional Executive Council (REC) meeting held last July 31, 2010 at the BSP Canteen attended by chapters in Albay, Cam. Norte, Sorsogon, Masbate and Cam. Sur.
