KBNet Quezon all set for the Launching & First Assembly; Quezon Gov. Jayjay Suarez is Guest Speaker

CALAUAG, Quezon --  The KBNet Quezon Province, a civic radio voluntary group  based in the province of Quezon and one of the original members of the KBNet Philippines, Inc., with an initial five (5) chapters is now all set for their Launching and First Provincial Assembly on November 20, 2010 at the Livelihood Center, this municipality with Quezon Governor David ‘Jayjay' C. Suarez as guest of honor and speaker.

This was bared today by Provincial Executive Council (PEC) Chairman Jojit A. Jariel (147-17) who also said that the officers and members of the 5 chapters: Calauag (KB400), Atimonan (KB147), Unisan (KB401), Gumaca (KB402) and Mauban (KB403) have already committed to participate in full force.

Calauag Municipal Mayor, Engr. Luisito S. Visorde together with the Sangguniang Bayan led by the Municipal Vice Mayor and KBNet Philippines Founder/National President & encumbent KB Bicol Regional Governor, Sir Jennis I. Nidea (30-01) and Co-Founder/National Chairman and encumbent president of KB Malaya are expected to grace the occasion as guests of honors.

The youthful governor, son of Minority Floor Leader in the House of  representatives Danny Suarez  is expected to share his vision on the theme: “Isang Alyansa, Isang Adhikaing Bolunterismo Tungo sa Maunlad at Mapayapang Bayan”.

Jariel said that  they are also expecting officers and members of various chapters from the member-organizations of the KBNet Philippines, Inc. (KPI), a national network and umbrella organization of volunteer groups in the country, namely: KB Bicol, KB Malaya, KB Mediacom and KBNet National Capital Region.

Advocating for “Volunteerism as a Wa of Life”. KBNet Quezon had already calendared atleast 2 to  3 more chapters will be  organized in the province before the end of 2011.
