Ayo is KB Bicol Governor. Nidea to concentrate as KBNet Phils National President

DAET, Camarines Norte -- Sir Irvin C. Ayo (30-54) of Naga City (KB30) Chapter will take over the regional governorship of the Kaboronyogan nin mga Bicolnon (KB Bicol), Inc. on January 1, 2011 until December 31, 2012.

Incumbent Regional Governor Jennis I. Nidea (30-01) who gave way to Ayo, a former president of KB30 and PEC Provincial chairman of Camarines Sur said that "I believe that in any organization, there must be no monopoly of leadership".

Nidea said that every member of the KB Bicol must be given a chance to prove their worth as leader and to lead the organization as an effective partner of the government in serving the community and its people.

Nidea who served the KB Bicol since 2006 with only 28 chapters in Bicol region, will turned-over to Ayo 69 chapters in the region.

"I am giving way to Sir 30-54 to head our organization so that I can concentrate on my work as the National President of the KBNet Philippines, Inc., a national network and umbrella organization of volunteer groups", Nidea said.

Member-organizations of KBNet Phils include KB Bicol, KB Malaya, KB Mediacom, KBNet Quezon Province and KBNet National Capital Region. Nidea together with Dr. Armin Santos (33-02) of KB Malaya is a the co-founders of KBNet Phils.

Other elected officers were: Regional Vice Governor for Administration - Sir Nahum Omaña (214-27) of San Vicente,Cnorte; regional Vice Governor for Operations - Sir Tonyboy Imperial (500-01) of Ligao City; Regional Treasurer - Sir Ferdinand F. Abejero (219-14) of Basud,CNorte; Regional Auditor - Sir Tony Seva (504-01) of Daraga, Albay and; Regional PIO/Spokesman - Sir Roberto Am. Julia (429-06) of Magarao, CSur.  Appointed Regional Secretary-General - Sir Joseph Sarsaba (30-91) of Naga City.
