PNP & BFP RECOGNIZED KBNET QUEZON AS PARTNER-NGO VOLUNTEER

CALAUAG, Quezon -- The KBNet Quezon Province, a group of volunteers and radio communication enthusiasts with several chapters in the province of Quezon further boost their moral and spirits in extending voluntary services to the communities after being informed that their group is now accredited and recognized by the  provincial command of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) as its partner NGO volunteer.

In his report yesterday to KBNet Philippines, Inc. co-founder/national president Sir Jennis I. Nidea (30-01), Sir Ding Mapula (400-01), KBNet Quezon Provincial Executive Council Vice Chairman & incumbent chapter president of Calauag (KBN400) chapter confirmed that the KBNet Quezon is now being recognized and accredited as volunteer and radio communmications group of the PNP and  the BFP.

Mapula said that both the provincial commands of the PNP and BFP is now preparing Trainings design for their members "so that we will be more effective in extending our voluntary services to the province especially in times of emergencies such as vehicular accidents, fire, floods and typhoons", he elaborates.

KBNet Quezon , a volunteer radio communication group is formerly affiliated with the Kabalikat Bicol which is now known as Kaboronyogan nin mga Bicolnon (KB Bicol), Inc.

However, in 2010, the group was issued a SEC Registration by the Securities and Exchange Commission.  KBNet Quezon has, presently,  seven (7) chapters: Atimonan (KBN147) Chapter, Calauag (KBN400) Chapter, Unisan (KBN401) Chapter, Gumaca (KBN402) Chaptrer, Mauban (KBN403) Chapter, Pagbilao (KBN404) Chapter and Plaridel (KBN405) Chapter.

KBNet Quezon is a member-organization of the KBNet Phils, a national network and umbrella organization of volunteer groups in the country co-founded by Sir Jennis I. Nidea (30-01), national president and Sir Armin S. Santos (33-02), Nnational chairman.
