KB MEDIACOM ELECTS NEW OFFICERS; INDUCTION ON MARCH 6

QUEZON City -- The Kabalikat Mediacom Philippines, Inc., a voluntary radio communications group based in the National Capital Region will have its Induction and General Memberhip Meeting on March 6, 2011, Sunday at 1:00 in the afternoon at the Biglang Awa Hall, Quezon Mini-City Hall, Jordan Plains Subd., located at the northern end of the Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon city.

In an emailed letter to KBNet Phils founder & national president Jennis I. Nidea (30-01), elected vice president for operations, Sir  
Rodel Barrameda (KM69-877) said that the election was in consonant with group's Constitution and By-Laws and will serve from 2011-2012.

The elected officers were: PRESIDENT - Sir Raymond Valenzuela (KM69-132); VICE PRESIDENT FOR ADMINISTRATION - Sir Bonifacio "Bobot" Ongpauco III (KM69-152); VICE PRESIDENT FOR OPERATIONS - Sir Rodel Barrameda (KM69-877); SECRETARY - Mam Elsa Dawal (KM69-205); TREASURER - Sir Vedasto "Ding" Estrada (KM69-131); AUDITOR - Sir Ramchan Daplin (KM69-157); PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER - Sir Luisito de Real (KM69-204); Air AIR MARSHAL - Sir Alarico Julio "Cocoy" Ongpauco (KM69-154) and three (3) Board of Directors - Sir Bernie Perez (KM69-126), Sir Elmer Soria (KM69-144) and Sir Marlon Chan (KM69-194).

According to the elected president, Sir Raymond Valenzuela (KM69-132) the induction of officers will be held during their schedule general membership meeting March 6 and "we are inviting member-organizations of the KBNet Philippines to join us in our momentous affair".

KB Mediacom together with the KB Bicol, KB Malaya, KBNet NCR and KBNet Quezon Province  are the original incorporators of the KBNet Phils, a national network and umbrella organization of volunteer groups in the country co-founded by Sir 30-01 and Sir Armin Santos (33-02).
