CSur Provincial Congress set on Dec. 6

NAGA City --  KB Bicol Regional Governor Jennis Nidea (30-01) yesterday announced that the Provincial Congress of the KB Bicol Chapters in the province of Camarines Sur is set on December 6, 2008 at Libmanan, CSur.

CSur 1st District Representative Dato Arroyo will be the guest of honor and speaker.

Some 300 members from various chapters in the province and also from Albay, Masbate, Sorsogon and Cam. Norte  plus the chapters from Quezon and Metro Manila are expected to participate in the one-day event with a theme: "VOLUNTEERISM: A way of Life!".

During the congress proper, PEC CSur Chairman Irvin C. Ayo (30-54) is expected to deliver his report and his message.

An election for the PEC officers for ensuing term from January 1, 2009 - December 31, 2010, will be held.

As one of the highlights of the event, Cong. Dato Arroyo will be elevated by the KB 241 (Libmanan) into a regular 41 with a call sign of 241-01 while 12 other municipal officials and prominent residents of Libmanan led by incumbent mayor Rodolfo Gimenez, Sr., shall be conferred with honorary membership.
