Kabalikat Bicol and 14 members cited at the 18th PNP Day

LEGASPI City -- The Philippine National Police REgional Office No. 5 (PRO5) headed by Regional director, C/Supt Paterno Bangui gave recognitions and commendations to government and private organizations & individuals who extended immeasurable contributions to the attainment of tasks and objectives of the police force in the region during the 18th PNP Day Celebration held on February 4, 2009 at the Ceremonial Grounds of Camp Simeon Ola, this city.

     PNP Chief, Director General Jesus Verzosa assisted by Gen. Bangui, personally handed the plaques and certificates to the awardees.

     Recepients of Plaques of Recognition for the KB Bicol were: Jennis Nidea (30-01), regional governor; Irivn C. Ayo (30-54), immediate past provincial chairman, PEC Cam. Sur and; Wilfredo B. San Andres, Jr. (276-08), immediate past president of Milaor (KB276) Chapter & newly installed provincial chairman, PEC CSur.

     Recipients of Certificate of Commendations are:  Pablo de la Rosa, Jr (241-69); Renato C. Guiruela ((241-78) and Alfred Emperio (241-72), all of Libmanan, CSur; Leonardo B. Bongon (276-04); Neil Juan Celevante (276-47); Renato Dialino and Edwin Olitoquit, all of Milaor, CSur; Stephen de los Reyes, Jr. (429-10) and Joel A. Salcedo (429-20) of Magarao, CSur; Elmo Villamante (120-08) of Pasacao-Pamplona; and Arvin C. Pacis (427-62) of Tinambac.
