KABALIKATNET PHILS launched. Nidea is National President; Santos is National Chairman

SORSOGON City  --  The KabalikatNet Philippines Inc, a new national network and umbrella organization volunteers and volunteer groups in the country was formally launched last April 25, 2009 during the First Luzon summit of Kabalikat Malaya, Kabalikat Mediacom and Kabalikat Bicol held at the Sorsogon State college, this city.

At the said Summit, the more than 400 delegates coming from as far as northern Luzon unnimously approved the formal organization of the KBNet Phils and elected as its national officers that will be responsible for the preparation of the forthcoming FIRST KABALIKATNET PHILIPPINES NATIONAL CONVENTION on the semestral break on October this year.  The venue will be either in Clark in Pampanga or in Las Pinas in Metro Manila.

Elected were the following:  JENNIS I. NIDEA (30-001) of KB Bicol, as its NATIONAL PRESIDENT; ARMIN SANTOS (33-02) of KB Malaya as its NATIONAL CHAIRMAN.

Founded by 30-01 and 33-02, the KabalikatNet Philippines is one step towards unifying several factions of Kabalikat groups and likewise to invite other groups who will share the same advocacy: VOLUNTEERISM IS OUR WAY OF LIFE.
